Shipping, returns and support — based on our current store policies.

Most eligible items can be returned within 90 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with original packaging, tags and proof of purchase. Returns are free and we provide a prepaid return label after authorization.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard Shipping is estimated at 10–14 business days after dispatch; Fast Shipping is estimated at 8–12 business days after dispatch. Including processing, a standard order is expected in about 11–16 business days.

Standard Shipping is $7.99 and is free on orders of $159 or more. Fast Shipping is $29.90 and is not eligible for the free-shipping threshold.

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Eligible items can also be exchanged within 90 days of delivery. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it can be returned after delivery under the return policy.
